As a DNV GL-certified closed-cell structural PVC foam board, StruCell® P45 is widely used in the manufacturing of refrigerated truck panels, thanks to its excellent thermal insulation performance (30% better than traditional materials, with stable operation ranging from -50℃ to +80℃) and high cost-effectiveness (20-30% cheaper than EU and US brands).
 
Its lightweight yet high-strength properties (strength-to-weight ratio of 7:1, far exceeding steel) can reduce vehicle weight and cut energy consumption. The diverse surface treatment options (grooving, perforation, etc.) can enhance resin adhesion and achieve weight reduction optimization, helping refrigerated trucks efficiently maintain low-temperature transportation environments and ensuring the quality of temperature-controlled goods such as fresh produce and pharmaceuticals.
