7628 fiberglass cloth is a kind of alkali-free glass fiber fabrics produced by air-jet loom. By means of a heat treatment then silicane adding, it has excellent electro-insulation property and workability. It is used mainly in laminate and copper clade, also used as base materials for computers and home electro-devices.
Electronic-grade glass fiber cloth is woven by interlacing electronic-grade glass fiber yarns in warp and weft directions on an air-jet loom according to a plain weave structure. After that, it undergoes desizing treatment, followed by surface treatment and fiber opening treatment on the electronic-grade glass fiber cloth. These processes make it easier for resin to impregnate the cloth. Subsequently, a silane-type coupling agent is coated on its surface, which enables excellent bonding with the matrix resin.
