3D Orthogonal Fabric is made of E glass,as well as S glass, kevlar and other high performance fibers. They have three direction yarns.Excluding Z binder yarns, warp and weft keep direct naturally in the fabric, keep original mechanical properties of fibers. So they have excellent destructive resistance, including impact resistance and low-velocity impact tolerance,in comparison with 2D laminate, interlaminar stiffness and strength of 3D orthogonal fabric show significant improvements.
Applications:
1Such as armored cars, riot shield, explosion proof tank, stab resistance body armor and so on.
2.Floor and crossbeams of trains, bearing brackets and flat bearing plates of trucks, shockproof structures of cars and coaches.
3.All kinds of hulls, decks and containers, mending of damaged hulls.
4.Aircraft,such as wings, gates, rotors, thrust redirector and so on.
5.Various beams and reinforcing parts.
