Product Description

Unidirectional combo mat is roving in 90 direction and stitch chopped strand together. The product does not contain any binder, warp/weft interweave, buckling, thus has the best mechanical properties. With good resin soak, penetration speed, simple operation process, low cost, provides a certain direction with high strength, etc.

Is suitable for the production of wind power generation such as blade, engine cover, hulls, shells, pipe, chemical storage tank, shapes and plates, such as glass fiber reinforced plastic products, particularly suitable for vacuum assisted RTM, pultrusion and winding machinery and molding process.
