       On the basis of unsaturated polyester resins, and glass fibre reinforced (Content 25%, can be customized) , Our SMC 5001 has excellent physical and mechanical properties with uniform hardness, good peelability and is convenient to cut. We will customize the RAL color for you. It neither contains any halogens nor any of the candidate substances in the REACH SVHC list.

      The pressed products of SMC 5001 are featured with low-shrinkage, fire resistance, high tinting strength, etc.,
SMC 5001 is mainly used in railway communication electrical appliances. Such as the communication box shell, electrical box, meter box, gas meter box and so on. According to your different flame retardant standards and needs, we can customize the formula, such as HB, V0,V1,V2 and so on.

Suggested pressing process :  ( for reference )
1. Pressing time: In principle, the product thickness is per 1mm about 1min. It can be adjusted according to the actual situation.
2. Pressing temperature: Front ( bright side of the product)/reverse side: 146- 150ºC/138- 142°C .
Note: This temperature is the mold surface temperature.
3. Molding pressure: greater than 100 Kgf/cm^2.

Storage conditions, shelf life:
1. Our packaging is: 1 ton/pallet (±5% difference), sealed with multi-layer PP film packaging, plus aluminium-plated film to prevent the Light Source. The outer layer is packed in multi-layer cartons and fumigation-free pallets. For other packing , please contact our technicians.

2. When transporting, it should comply with the regulations on transportation safety in Chapter 5 of the State Council's" Regulations on the Safety Management of Hazardous Chemicals". Protect from the sun and rain.
3. Stored in and keep in a cool, ventilated and dry place below 25°C, avoid fire, keep away from heat and radiation sources, avoid water and prohibit exposure to sunlight and open storage. Under the above storage conditions, from the date of manufacture, SMC storage period is 5 months.
