0/90° biaxial carbon fiber fabric provides balanced strength in two perpendicular directions.
400 g/m² is a medium-to-high density reinforcing material, it balances performance, cost, and process feasibility. It is often used as the main layer in multilayer laminates, in combination with ±45 degree fabric or unidirectional fabric to construct complete quasi-isotropic laminates. It is suitable for processes such as vacuum infusion, resin transfer molding (RTM), and hand lay-up.
Application areas include: racing car chassis panels, heavy-duty truck skid plates, small and medium-sized yachts, kayaks, small aircraft, and high-performance racing bicycle frames.
