Audited Supplier Infusion mat is a sandwich complex which consists of one or two layers of chopped strand mat outside and a core of PP (resin flow zone) in the middle. It is designed for closed injection processes such as RTM (Resin Transfer Moulding) and RTM light. Resin flows much faster, which is time saving.
The weight of PP is 180GSM and 250GSM.
Sandwich mat is often used in bus roofing, wind blade, boat, truck bodies,windmill and so on.
No binder, no warp and weft direction corssing, no ruffled.
No displacement deformation. Good resistance to erosion, fast wet out.
Fast resin transfer speed, good manufacturability, good workability.
Good physical and chemical properties, and easy design to solution.
Each roll covering by polyethylene plastic bag,then placed into carton and set on pallet,or set on pallet directly.
The pallet shall no be higher than 2 layers.
