On the basis of unsaturated polyester resins and glass fibre reinforced, Our SMC has excellent physical and mechanical properties with uniform hardness, good peelability, and is convenient to cut. Colors can be customized. It neither contains any halogens nor any of the candidate substances in the REACH SVHC list.
Sheet Moulding Compound SMC6006 is a high-performance composite material primarily used in industrial applications requiring durability, corrosion resistance and structural integrity.

The material finds its main applications in:

7. Suggested pressing process :  ( for reference )
   1. Pressing time: In principle, the product thickness is per 1mm about 1min. It can be adjusted according to the actual situation.
   2. Pressing temperature: Front ( bright side of the product)/reverse side: 146- 150ºC/138- 142°C .
   Note: This temperature is the mold surface temperature.
8.     3. Forming pressure: It is recommended to calculate 1000 tons of pressure per square meter based on the projected area of the       product. It can also be adjusted according to the actual situation.
