   PP Mono Fiber is a kind of high strength monofilament micro fiber made of polypropylene, which could effectively prevent concrete micro-crack, as well as improve concrete performance of anti-crack, anti-infiltration, anti-concussion and anti-shock.

Function

1. Anti-crack  PP Mono Fiber distribute in concrete in the form of 3D, that could reduce stress concentration of micro-crack point, weaken or remove the tension caused by sun crack of concrete or mortar, further prevent micro-crack from happening and developing.  
2. Improve anti-infiltration performance The evenly distributed fiber monofilament forms a support system, that prevents surface bleeding and aggregate falling, decreases bleeding of concrete, lessens hole rate greatly, consequently prevents infiltration of concrete obviously.
3. Improve anti-freezing and thawing PP Mono Fiber could effectively decrease anti-compression stress concentration caused by several times' circulation of freezing and thawing in concrete, and prevent further extending of micro-crack.
4. Improve toughness and anti-shock PP Mono Fiber could help to absorb the kinetic energy produced when component of concrete is shocked. Due to anti-crack effect of fiber, when concrete is shocked, fiber could prevent rapid extending of inner crack, consequently increase toughness and anti-shock of concrete.
5. Improve durability  Excellent anti-crack function of PP Fiber could decrease inner hole rate and corroding channels, reduces damages to concrete then improves durability of concrete.
6. Improve fire resistance When temperature in concrete raises above 165ºC,PP fiber mono filament mesh will melt, simultaneously produces inner link channels to help high pressure steam escape from concrete, consequently prevent bursting in fire.
