Product Description
Fiberglass Sandwich mat with PP is a stitch bonded composite reinforcement fabric containing a PP layer inside the fabric. The fabric consists of 3 layers: A PP non-woven layer in the middle, and chopped strands on the outside of the PP layer.
Properties:
Core Resilience and Compressibility.
Rovicore adapts to the different thicknesses of composite parts.
Good Surface Aspect:
The homogeneous finish of the cut glass fiber helps improve the surface aspect of finished parts.
High Permeability of the Synthetic Core:
The high permeability of its synthetic core allows resin to quickly flow through the part. ROVICORE is thus perfectly adapted to low-pressure injection processes, while ensuring a rapid flow.
Applying to unsaturated polyester resin,vinyl ester resin epoxy resin and phenolic resin etc.And suitable for RTM,hand lay up,vacuum infuse etc.Various for FRP body of boat,insulation board,automobile body and nacelle cover etc.
