Application:Construction machinery, heavy-duty vehicles
Large radial clearance between blade tips and radiator frame, resulting in high flow resistance due to the use of windscreen grilles and additional radiators such as oil coolers and charge air coolers and fuel coolers , so we designed a new type of fan. Compared with the airfoil fan, the K6K7 is more efficient in unfavorable conditions, and the blades gradually widen from the root to the top of the blade, thereby ensuring that the arc-shaped blades have higher efficiency. The area of the wind is concentrated at the top of the blade, which can generate larger air volume and higher efficiency.

The fan diameter ranges from 357 to 1254mm,and the blade twist angle can be adjusted from 20°to 50°to meet the different application requirement of the customer.The K6 blade is only the geometric enlargement of the K7,other type blade is same with it and the root design is identical.The root is locked in the fan hub by a plastic fixing pin,which ensures that the blade will not be displaced after installation and the twist angle remains unchanged.blade molded from high-strength thermoplastic materials or die-cast from a aluminum alloys have the following advantages:
