Applications
 

1. Pressing time: In principle, the pressing time is about 1min per 1mm of product thickness. Adjustable according to the actual situation.
2. Pressing temperature: Front side (bright side of the product)/back side: 146-150ºC/138-142ºC - Temperature of the mold surface.
3. Molding pressure: More than 100Kgf/cm2.

4. Storage, shelf life and others

SMC should be sealed and packaged with aluminized film, and stored in a cool and ventilated place below 25°C. The shelf life is 2 months from the date of production.
