Product Description

Fiberglass stitch mat with polyester veil (also called veilmat) is a polyester veil (tissue) stitched to chopped strands. Polyester veil is around 45G/M2 to 50G/M2. Polyester veil has feature of anti-aging & water resistant, and also gives good surface to finished product. It is for pultrusion, especially for thin pultrusion product, closed mould process, or pipe winding. we export this materials to different countries like Exel composites in Australia, Iran, Ukraine, Italy, Malaysia and so on. 

Stitch type: Tricot stitch on veil side, pillar stitch on CS. The chopped length is 100mm. Gauge is F5(space between needles 7mm).

Roll Length: Nominal linear 200meters +/-1m, the min width is from 150-3000mm.

Properties:
Thinner but higher in strength than traditional CFM such as unifilo, so It won't be jammed and broken in mold;
Anti-aging and water resistant;
Gives good surface to finished product
