Polyester surface veil adopts polyester structure, absorbs the resin more fully, forms a resin-rich layer on the surface of FRP, makes the surface smooth and beautiful. The use of polyester tissue in the FRP process can significantly improve the appearance of the product, improve impact resistance and wear resistance, improve corrosion resistance and weather resistance, and make FRP products suitable for more demanding environments.

Polyester surface veil are textile fabrics made of oriented or randomly polyester fiber, it is used for surface protection and as core material in products as pipes, tanks, container boards, facade panels, skis, surfboards, boats and rotor blades for wind power stations. Polyester veil improve the resistance to both corrosion and abrasion defects.

The special structure, can form a thick rich resin layer, effectively support the fatigue, the structure can effectively prevent the crack growth, prevent FRP surface spalling. Can improve the performance FRP corrosion resistance, ewather resistance, impact resistance, thermal shrinkage performance etc
