Product Description

Introduction
PR-0812 is an effective release agent for thermoset composite, like high-speed/low-shrinkage pultrusion process, SMC/BMC processes. It can preserve the integrity of your part and avoid damage to the mold. With proper application, PR-0812 can also create a durable, high-gloss surface finish for finished parts.

Non-toxic, having good compatibility and dispersion with the UP/VE resin system.
Being able to improve the surface performance of the forming parts.
Being able to coexist with alkaline filler.


Mold Releases help to preserve the integrity of your part and avoid damage to both the part and mold. The effort required to apply a quality release agent during preparation far outweighs the hours spent correcting damage later.

Application Introduction
PR-0812 should be mixed into the resin system (0.8-1.2%) before the filler is added. Compatible with UP resin system and VE resin system

Safety Instruction
PR-0812 is corrosive to the skin. If it is splashed to the skin accidently, rinse the contact area with water.

Transportation and Storage
PR-0812 is non-toxic, non-flammable, non-corrosive and has good storage stability. It should be placed in the ventilated area. It should be sealed in the plastic bucket (10 / 25kg).
