Vacuum Bagging is a technique that imposes vacuum pressure to the surface of the object between the mould and the vacuum bag to optimize the fiber-to-resin ratio of the product. Therefore, it can improve the mechanical performance of the product. The vacuum bagging film has good economic performance, high tensile strength and good barrier performance.The temperature resistance is different because of the different material.

 

Union High Temperature Series( 204ºC-250ºC) vacuum bagging films are exclusive in China and are mainly used in the aerospace and carbon fiber fields.

Storage

 

It should be stored at about 23ºC±3ºC, and the relative humidity is ideally within the range of 50%±5%. The storage location should avoid: exposure to sunlight, sharp objects that can pierce the film, and other scenarios that may cause damage to the film. When using, open the package correctly, handle it with care, and be careful not to let the film surface touch sharp objects when peeling off the film. Put it flat and peel it off quickly to reduce the damage to the film surface caused by the film's own stress.
