Product Description

High silica fiberglass is inorganic fiber that contents more than 96% of SiO2. It's resistant to high temperature, soft point 1700ºC,long term service temperature 900ºC. It can work 10 minutes at 1450ºC and keep good state at 1600ºC for 15 seconds.

It is used as high-temperature thermal insulation and thermal protection in various branches of engineering from the melted splashes of metal at welding and protection of devices, the equipment from influence of high temperatures. (operating temperature 1000 C). With the use of fabric made fire blankets, curtains and gaskets to protect against splashes of molten metal, flame and excess heat, mats for welders. Also as a filler of acid-resistant and moisture-resistant radio engineering and radio-transparent materials. Excellent electrical insulation at high temperatures and high humidity.

It is made according to customer's  requirements, the max. thickness is 1.35 mm, can package edge,  intermediate sandwich, surface coating and  order brass buckle.There is no fixed form for it.
