PVAC Emulsion 8838 is a plasticised aqueous vinyl acetate polymer dispersion. It is specially designed to be used as a chopped strand mat binder. Big manufactuers like Jushi, Taishan, Weibo use our PVAC to produce different emulsion mat like thin mat 100gsm for headliner, and normal products like emulsion mat 300gsm, 450gsm, 600gsm, and we also export this product to Jushi manufacture in Egypt, Weibo in Thailand.

1. Low formaldehyde , low VOC . It belongs to environmental protection type.
2. Using special polyester plasticiser ,both softeness and toughness are good .
4.According to customer requirements, customize special formula to make mat have different softness.
Our regular packing is 1000kg in IBC drum.
In 20' container, can load 18000kg.
In 40' container, can load 24000kg.
According to customers' requirements, we can also provide 200kg/drum or 20kg/drum.
It is a binder for producing powder chopped strand mat.
