Basalt woven roving is a plain fabric woven with high-performance basalt fiber roving, which is the base material of various composite products.
Has excellent bundling, permeability and banding.
Mainly used as the reinforcing material of fiber reinforced plastics.
Suitable for various processes such as contact molding to make various composite products.
Ideal material to replace expensive high-performance fiber products such as carbon fiber in the manufacture of composite hull and wind turbine blades.
1) Excellent strength, good chemical stability, acid resistance, alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, excellent performance at high and low temperatures (service temperature range-269ºC-650ºC), excellent ultraviolet radiation resistance and permanent flame retardant performance;
(2) The fabric is uniform, the edge is straight, and the surface is flat into a mat shape without stains, fuzz, creases, wrinkles, etc.;
(3) Wound on a long and straight cardboard tube, with uniform winding and neat ends;
(4) Using a unique sizing agent formula, the roving is not easy to be soft and scattered, and has good adhesion and permeability with resin;
