558 Chopped Strands are specifically designed to reinforce phenolic resin. They are coated with a silane-based sizing and have excellent dry flowability and strand dispersion. 558 are designed for use in the compression molding process to manufacture automobile brake shoe facings, clutch facings, and friction plates.

Packing and Storage

Packing:
The product can be packed in bulk bags, cardboard boxes, wooden crates, heavy-duty box, octagonal box and composite plastic woven bags;             
For example:Bulk bags can hold 500kg- 1000kg each ;Cardboard boxes and composite plastic woven bags can hold 15kg-25kg each.

Storage:
Unless otherwise specified, the fiberglass products should be stored in a dry, cool and moisture-proof area. The fiberglass products should remain in their original package until prior to use. The room temperature and humidity should be always maintained at - 10ºC~35ºC and ≤80% respectively. To ensure safety and avoid damage to the product, the pallets should not be stacked more than three layers high. When the pallets are stacked in 2 or 3 layers, special care should be taken to correctly and smoothly move the top pallet.

Q1. How can I get the sample ? Is it free ?
A:Samll quantity , like one roll ,it's  free , Express cost is on customer's side 

Q2. What is your MOQ (minimum order quantity) of products?
A:For trail order, MOQ is 1 tons per spec.
 

Q3. What about your trade and Payment Terms?
A:T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery.
Accepted T/T, L/C and other way can be negotiated.

Q4. What about your delivery time? Can we receive our goods on time ?
A:Usually around 2-3 weeks after order confirmed. Exact delivery time depends on order quantity.

Q5. What is your terms of delivery?
A: Usually we do EXW, FOB,CIF. Other way can be negotiated.
