Direct roving is produced by fluorine-free without boron glass, compatible with epoxy resins that using anhydride or amine curing agent. Suitable for filament winding process, specially used for making products of high pressure pipes, pressure tanks, electrical insulation etc. J215 is set to replace the widely used PPG2006 for filament winding and pultrusion applications. Suitable for applications such as piping in oil field CO2 gathering systems and pressure cylinders.

Applications

J215 is designed for filament winding applications in epoxy and polyurethane resin systems. Typical products include small-diameter oil field pipe, downhole tubing, well casing, chemical processing pipe, and poles. Industries include petrochemical, aerospace,  and electrical distribution.

Packing and Storage

 

The single roll is covered with PVC thermoplastic bag or PE adhesive film, and placed in a layer in a 4×4 mode, with 48 or 64 rolls per roll. The multi-coil yarn can be connected from end to end by means of knot or air joint according to customer requirements. The whole tray is packed with corrugated paper box cover and waist, and fixed with multi-channel packing belt and tray. It can also be wrapped with a multi-layer viscous stretch film.

Store in a dry and cool place, the recommended temperature is 15ºC-35ºC, and the relative humidity is 30%-70%.
Do not open the package if you do not need it to avoid moisture.
