Product Description

Unidirectional Fabric include 0 degree and 90 degree direction fabric, the area weight of 90 degree direction is 150g/m2 to 1200g/m2. This product is mainly used in making pipe, blades of wind power turbines, and sport equirpment. Fiberglass are only layered straightly in the direction paralleling to fabric width, the non-crimped fibers endow fabrics have great load capacity.

UD fabric series is the best choice to improve FRP pipes and tanks axial strength, coupled with improving production efficiency, reduce the product cost. The width can be cut according to the customers's requirements.

Packing & Storage:

Each roll covering by polyethylene plastic bag,then placed into carton and set on pallet,or set on pallet directly.The pallet shall no be higher than 2 layers.
 
Product shall be placed under dryness condition and shall no be open the covering membrane until applying.
