100% Spunbond Polyester Non Woven Fabric 30GSM mesh weave for pultrusion adopts small square grid structure, absorbs the resin more fully, forms a resin-rich layer on the surface of FRP, makes the surface smooth and beautiful. The use of polyester tissue in the FRP process can significantly improve the appearance of the product, improve impact resistance and wear resistance, improve corrosion resistance and weather resistance, and make FRP products suitable for more demanding environments.

Polyester Non Woven Fabrics 30GSM are textile fabrics made of oriented or randomly polyester fiber, it is used for surface protection and as core material in products as pipes, tanks, container boards, facade panels, skis, surfboards, boats and rotor blades for wind power stations. Polyester veil improve the resistance to both corrosion and abrasion defects.

The specialized structural design facilitates the formation of a robust, high-density resin matrix layer, which provides effective fatigue resistance and mechanical reinforcement.
