Product Description

7003 is a m-phthalic acid/neopentylene glycol type unsaturated polyester resin.
The resin has excellent heat and degradation properties, high temperature chemical corrosion resistance, high fatigue life and good electrical properties.
Suitable for corrosion resistant resin, gel coat matrix resin and other uses, and can be used in PVC and glass fiber reinforced plastic material bonding.

Note:
1) Casting system according to GB/T 8237-2005 implementation, temperature 25ºC, curing system: accelerator 0.8% CO/OCT 1.0%, curing agent Butanox M - 50 to 1.5%;
2) Casting after curing: room temperature ×24 hours +60ºC×3 hours +120ºC×2 hours

 Instructions:

1. the use of efficient colorless accelerator should be avoided, otherwise easy to produce poor product solidification and lead to the surface sticky phenomenon, should choose E4 and other glass which is special accelerator for glass steel.
2. the environment temperature is high, the resin gel time is short, can not be lower than the minimum dosage of curing agent, but should be added according to the need of gel retarding agent.
3. When the humidity of the construction environment is high or the temperature is high, it is also easy to cause the surface to be sticky, and wax liquid can be added appropriately.

Transportation and storage

 

The transportation shall comply with the provisions on the transportation, loading and unloading of chemical hazardous substances in Chapter V of the Regulations on the Safety Administration of Chemical Dangerous Goods of the State. Products should be stored in a cool place below 25ºC, avoid kindling, isolate heat source and radiation source, and the shelf life is 3 months for storage below 25ºC
