Product Description
6031AB expoxy resin is specially developed for hand-lay up, it can be cured fastly at the lower or the room temperature.The laminate has good strength , stiffness and tenacity performance.
The laminate has good acid and alkali resistance, good waterproof and oil resistance, and good dustproof performance, good heat resistance and good ageing resistance.

Usage:
1.According to the proportion, A, B fully mix, to prevent curing incomplete.
2.Please operate as soon as fully mix,and as far as possible finish in the available time.
3.During curing process, please clean utensils and containers in time, in order to avoid glue solidification on the tools and products.
Use ratio: weight A: B = 100:33 volume A: B = 3:1
Product Feature:
1.Mixed products has low viscosity, high reactivity, normal temperature or low temperature curing.
2.Curing products have excellent water resistance and aging resistance.
3.The product has high heat deformation temperature (when not with fiberglass, also can reach 80 ºC)
4.Completely cured products has good acid and alkali resistant, superior Solvent resistance.High hardness, good toughness.
5.Applicable to epoxy anticorrosive, electronic potting and other places.
Notes:
1.This product will start curing after mixed , the viscosity will rise soon, and gives off heat.
2.The curing speed is fast, please control the mixed amount at one time.The more mixed, the faster the reaction, the curing speed will be faster, the working time will be shorter,and may be let out a lot of heat, may lead to flash polymerization.
3.There are very few people who contact for a long time will have mild skin irritation, itch had mild pain, it is recommended to wear protective gloves when use.If skin touch,please wipe with acetone or alcohol, and use cleaner clean.

The performance date of FRP will be more prominent .(the mechanical properties of epoxy resin has a little influence on FRP.)
The performance data of FRP are basically the same if FRP cured completely, even if the different resin to be used, but DSC date excepted.

To compared with vinyl and unsaturated resin, epoxy resin generally has better corrosion resistance, FRP products made by modified epoxy resin, are more suitable for corrosion resistance
