Product Description

        PYJ9103-4 is a black SMC sheet for pressing automotive parts, based on unsaturated polyester resin. The product is glass fibre reinforced and contains mineral fillers. In case of fire the product doesn't melt, neither does it form droplets nor is smoke generation excessive. which contains more than 48% glass fiber and contains UV absorber.The pressed product has low profile, high mechanical strength, high heat deflection temperature, and flame retardant grade thatconforms to ISO 3795 ≤ 100mm/min.

Suggested Pressing Process

1,Pressing time: In principle, the thickness of the product is about 1min per 1mm, can be adjusted according to the actual situation.
2, pressing temperature: front (bright side of the product) / reverse: 146-150 ºC / 138- 142 ºC. Note: This temperature is the surface
temperature of the mold
3,Forming pressure: 100Kgf/cm².
