7628 Fiberglass Cloth is used as reinforcement materials for used in copper clad laminates, cable insulation, compensators, engines and in small electrical devices.

Big width 1524mm 1560mm is available.
 
It is a kind of alkali-free glass fiber fabrics produced by utilizing abroad advanced technology and equipment. By means of a surface treatment it has excellent electro-insulation property and workability.

Electronic-grade glass fiber cloth is woven by interlacing electronic-grade glass fiber yarns in warp and weft directions on an air-jet loom according to a plain weave structure. After that, it undergoes desizing treatment, followed by surface treatment and fiber opening treatment on the electronic-grade glass fiber cloth. These processes make it easier for resin to impregnate the cloth. Subsequently, a silane-type coupling agent is coated on its surface, which enables excellent bonding with the matrix resin.

 

This product endows printed circuit boards (PCBs) with outstanding electrical insulation performance, heat resistance, processability, and other superior properties. It is widely used in the field of electronic communications.
