Product Description

Fiberglass PP core sandwich mat called Rovicore as well, made with a synthetic non-woven core and chopped strand stitched together mechanically, 2 layers of chopped strand mat with 180 or 250 g/m² PP core, it is used for all the closed mold process needs and helps improve productivity and quality.

The synthetic non-woven core including PP or Nylon.

To reinforce polyester resin and polyurethane resin.

The weight of PP or Nylon core is 180GSM and 250GSM.

The application: Bus roofing, wind blade, boat, truck bodies,windmill and so on.

Properties:

No binder,no warp and weft direction corssing,no ruffled.
No displacement deformation.Good resistance to erosion,fast wet out.
Fast resin transfer speed,good manufacturability,good workability.
Good physical and chemical properties,and easy design to solution.
