Product Description

This PVC binder type fiberglass mat is mainly used for flexible PVC floor.

It is high tensile strength, light weight , good surface uniformity.

The PVC binder can get a lower temperature of heat press of PVC floor production which makes the PVC floor not easy to aging and energy-saving.
The mat with PVC binder combined good with the PVC material and no delaminations , it gives the PVC floor 10% plus tensile strength and lower dilatation coefficient (from 0.6*10-41/ºC to 0.3*10-41/ºC) so the PVC floor is not easy to swell.

Packing:
 
The product is wound tightly into a roll on a 6 inch paper core. Each roll is wrapped into a plastic bag film and corrugated carton shield .Then put into a pallet and fastern by straps.
 
Storage condition:
 
Unless otherwise specified, it is recommended to store in a cool and dry condition. The product must remain in packaging material until just prior to its use.
