Product Description

Assembled Panel Rovings are coated with a silane-based sizing and compatible with UP and acrylic resins. They can fast wet-out in resin and deliver excellent dispersion after chopping. Chopped roving is designed for use in continuous chopping process for chopped strand mat and panel application. Compatible with unsaturated polyester and vinyl resins. 

High transparency panel. Extremely fast wet-out. Superior transparency. Low static. Good uniformity of dispersion.

Main uses include manufacture of FRP pipes of various diameters, high-pressure pipes for petroleum transitions, pressure vessels, storage tanks, and, transparent sheets, corrugated Tiles, insulation materials such as utility rods and insulation tube.

Packaging:
T984P each roll weighs 19kg,packed in thermoplastic and stacked on pallets. Each pallet stacks 48 or 64rolls. 
T984P each roll is packed in cartons separately as well, stacked on pallets. Carton pallets should not be stacked more than 5layers and pallets not more than 2 layers. 

Storage:
The product should be stored in a dry, cool and rainproof place, with temperature from 5ºC to 35ºC and humidity between 35% and 65%. It is recommended to be put under room temperature for over 24 hours prior to use, finished within 12 months after receipt by customer and kept in intact package when it is not used to avoid damp

Continuous Panel Molding Process
A resin mix is uniformly deposited in a controlled amount onto a moving film at aconstant speed.The thickness of the resin is controlled by the draw-knife.Fiberglass roving is chopped and uniformly distributed onto the resin. Then a top film is applied forming a sandwich structure.The wet assembly travels through a curing oven to form the composite panel.
