The operation method:( Air compressor is no less than 5KG)
1 Preparation:
According to gel coat viscosity, select the appropriate nozzle diameter (nozzle type for selection 1-8 ( small to large ) ; generally used 4MM or 6MM size.
2 steps:
Cover the lid on the cup filled with raw materials and press the lid .
The jet nozzle is inserted into the mouth of the gun force before the injection port until the nozzle is exposed .
Hold the grip and hold back the bolt , the air is ejected from the jet port .
Note 1 :When performing the above steps , the nozzle should always be up to prevent the nozzle leakage of material.Then pour under the gun , eject materials and adjust the control valve ,make the raw materia achieve the best atomization.Aligned the nozzle with the mold surface,then you can do spray production.
(Suggestion: When spraying, tips and the mold surface into a 90 -degree angle .)
Note 2 :In the injection process, remember not to point the nozzle to yourself and others, in order to avoid accidental injury.
When you release the bolt , the raw material should be out of the gun with a cleaning solution.
Tips: washing the feeding cups, coated with oil, to prepare for the next use.
