 The 3221A/B Filament Winding System consists of an epoxy resin and an acid anhydride hardener. This system is intended to provide good thermal and chemical Resistance, low viscosity, high fiber bond with ease of processability and long pot-life.

Recommended Process

The curing system can be adapted to each applications. Accordingly, times, temperatures, and heating rates should be adjusted such that the entire composite product fully cured to attain full properties.

Packaging & Storage

1.The product is packed in a clean and dry container, keeping sealed.
2.Shelf life: 24 months below 25 oC, stored in cool, dry and well ventilated place, decreasing with improper storage or transportation conditions.
3.3221A epoxy should be stored in room temperature and sealed tightly. Please heat it to 60-70oC and stir before using when there is crystallization or sedimentation. 
4.3221B hardener is extremely sensitive to water and temperature and high humidity storage can greatly affect the reactivity and final performance of system materials. So it should be stored in room temperature and sealed tightly.
